Irgens-Phoenix acquired four acres at 3367 Mercy Rd. in Phoenix. With the closing dust settled, Irgens will develop its $17 million Spectrum Medical Commons. The 44,000-square-foot medical office building will be the first developed multi-tenant building for lease since 2010. The building is 65% pre-leased, with groundbreaking planned shortly.

“The Southeast Valley has been a popular destination for expansion of medical practices,” says Jason Anzalone with Irgens. “We are pleased that the first tenants of the project will be moved in and seeing patients in September.”

The designer is Devenney Architects, and the general contractor is A.R. Mays. Leasing is being handled by Michael Dupuy, Fletcher Perry and Rachael Thompson of Kidder Mathews. John Asher of AT Real Estate represented Irgens in the land acquisition, and Leroy Breinholt and Cory Sposi of CPI represented the seller.
