Savills Advises Waller Helms in Downtown Headquarters Relocation

Savills executed a long-term office lease transaction on behalf of Waller Helms Advisors. Waller Helms will relocate from its current headquarters at 205 West Wacker to a 13,000-square-foot space at 225 West Wacker in the third quarter.

“Waller Helms’ business has expanded significantly, and they were seeking a larger workspace to accommodate its newfound growth,” said Savills vice chairman Eric Feinberg, who represented the company in lease negotiations along with associate director Isabel Preskill. “At 225 West Wacker, the firm nearly doubles its previous square footage and remains in the heart of the downtown business district with exceptional views of the Chicago River.”

The location at 225 West Wacker was partially built out with a mix of private offices and open, collaborative areas with furniture included. Feinberg and Preskill also secured expansion options to provide Waller Helms the flexibility to increase its footprint as its business needs continue to evolve.
