17 Acres Sells Near Grand Parkway

Investor Eastbourne Fry & 529 LP sold a 16.7-acre site to K-Tung LLC. The land is in Cypress, TX, west of Houston, and just east of the newly opened Grand Parkway. The parcel is part of a larger development site, and adjacent to the Fiesta Mart at 20331 Farm-to-Market Road 529.

Christopher D. Winters and William J. Byrd of Colliers International represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Tri Tran of ReMax Alliance. The sales price was not disclosed.

Winters indicated that the opening of Grand Parkway helped boost the site’s popularity, and he indicated that a handful of groups were interested in the property for retail development. The site includes off-site detention, as well as controlled access to Fry Road and FM 529.
