168K-SF Industrial Portfolio Sells for $17M
ViaWest Group ended its hold on a three-building, 100%-leased industrial portfolio in the Phoenix area. The 167,518-square-foot portfolio traded to KKR for $16.6 million.
The portfolio consisted of
- Riverside Industrial, 77 N. 45th Ave., on the west side
- Broadway Crossing, 2950 E. Broadway Rd., in the southeast quadrant
Cushman & Wakefield’s Will Strong brokered the transaction, with assistance from Matt McDougall and Ken McQueen of Lee & Associates. “The seller had bought the assets back in 2015 as a value-add play, cleaned them up, and leased them up,” Strong said. He went on to say that the product was popular among investors, and were in good locations. “Our bid sheet was very full,” Strong added.
