166K-SF Platinum Park Sells to Hawaiian Investor

Platinum Park, a 166,324-square-foot office building in Plano, TX, sold to James Campbell LLC of Hawaii. The building was developed and sold by Stream Realty Partners, and is the first phase of a new office campus development on Tennyson Parkway, south of the mixed-use Legacy West development.

CBRE marketed the building, and represented the seller in negotiations. The project at 6080 Tennyson was 100% leased at the time of sale. Tenants of the five-story building include Hewlett Packard, BroadSoft and CMI Group.

The property delivered in 2017, and Stream Realty indicated it has plans to build a second office tower next door, which will offer more than 10 floors.
