The Domain Companies has announced that the housing lottery for 164 affordable apartments at Estela, a rental development in Mott Haven, South Bronx, is opening soon.  

Located adjacent to Lower Concourse Park, Estela consists of two buildings and a total of 544 luxury apartments. The lottery provides an opportunity for low-income families earning between $54,035 to $115,280 (80% of the area median income) to apply for affordable housing options.  

The residences range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, with market-rate units also available. Estela offers residents access to over 35,000 square feet of amenities, including outdoor courtyard space, screening and game rooms, concierge service, gyms, and more.
