163K-SF San Pedro Plaza Hits the Market

Buchanan Street Partners opted to end its hold on San Pedro Plaza, and hired Cushman & Wakefield to market the 162,509-square-foot office building in north central San Antonio. The Newport Beach, CA owner acquired the building from A&B Properties Inc. in 2015 for approximately $18 million. Carrie Caesar and Todd Mills with Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the property.

The nine-story office tower is situated on 3.7 acres at 7330 San Pedro Ave. It opened in 1985, and was last renovated in 2016. It is 57% leased, which is why Cushman & Wakefield considers it to be an “immediate value-add” opportunity; the submarket occupancy average stands at 89%. The weighted average lease term is at 5.1 years. The current tenant roster includes medical and law firms.
