Realty Capital Residential recently delivered a luxury apartment tower overlooking Grapevine Lake in Flower Mound. Rents start at $4,000 a month. General contractor Archer Western broke ground on Thirty-One Eleven Sunset in December 2022. A construction loan for the project was approved by Barings, while Realty Capital Residential and Creek Lane Capital provided equity for the development.

The 16-story, 207-unit Thirty-One Eleven Sunset is the second luxury tower Realty Capital has completed at its 160-acre, $2.5 billion mixed-use development, Lakeside Village. The development features more than 40 stores and restaurants, 1,297 apartments, 61 condos and 165,000 square feet of office space.

Thirty-One Eleven Sunset features one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as penthouses and townhomes. The tower has a five-level parking garage, and amenities include a sixth-floor rooftop swimming pool, terrace and spa, and a bar and lounge. About 6,000 square feet of ground space is available for retail and restaurant leasing.
