15K-SF Tampa Office Receives 34 Offers, Sells Above Asking

Ciminelli Real Estate Services has sold Bay Lake Center, a 15,155-square-foot office building located along Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood area of Tampa, FL, for $1.6 million. The asset was acquired for above-asking price after receiving 34 offers.

The property is 100% leased to a diverse group of office, medical and retail tenants.

Bay Lake Center has been managed and leased by the Ciminelli Team since 2005. Thomas Hernandez, associate director for Ciminelli, represented the owner on the sale.
