15K-SF Renewed at Times Sq

Times Square Alliance and law firm Jun Wang & Associates renewed and expanded their leases at 1560 Broadway, a 17-story building in the heart of Times Square.

The Alliance signed up for 10,365 square feet of space. Jun Wang signed up for 4,521 square feet, more than doubling its space.

“We are continually looking to invest in each of our assets in order to provide our tenants with the best experience possible,” Brian Steinwurtzel, co-CEO of building owner Newmark Holdings, which represented itself in the transactions.

Most recently, Newmark presented an installation by acclaimed artist and real estate broker Suzanne Sunshine, now on view for the building’s tenants and their guests in the building’s fourth-floor sky lobby.
