AHV Buys 38 acres in McKinney for 157 rental units

157 Built-To-Rent Homes Coming to McKinney

AHV Communities has acquired 38 acres for a 157 single-family detached home rental community in McKinney, Texas. AHV hopes to break ground on their first home early next year.

The community will offer three and four-bedroom options that will include two car garages and enclosed backyard spaces. “All of our rental communities are designed to attract quality residents and are well-cared for to ensure marketability, long-term success and enduring value for the city,” said AHV’s Mark Wolf. Other amenities include a pool and sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, dog park, bocce ball, BBQ and picnic areas and a community clubhouse.

The news of the McKinney community comes on the heels of AHV’s announcement of starting up two similar rental neighborhoods in Colorado.
