152K-SF Travis Park Plaza Sells to Entrada Partners
Entrada Partners shook hands with GrayStreet Partners to acquire Travis Park Plaza, a 151,736-square-foot office building in downtown San Antonio. The transaction included the adjacent six-story garage; the sales price was not disclosed. The Los Angeles owner is planning to undertake a multimillion-dollar renovation.
The building and parking garage at 711 Navarro St. take up close to a full city block. Built in 1970 and renovated in 2001 and 2019, the property was 82% leased at closing. Todd Mills, Carrie Caesar and Hunter Mills of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller, and De’On Collins of JLL arranged buyer financing. Entrada Partners hired Larry Mendez and Brad Kaufman for leasing; Transwestern will also serve as property manager.
