152K-SF Denver Entertainment Hub Opening Soon
A 152-000-square-foot fun zone will open this fall at 3625 E. 48th Avenue in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood of Denver. The Denver Business Journal reports that, on 3.5 acres, Moodswing will feature 43,000 square feet of indoor fun and games, a 33,000 square foot patio and over 12 picklecourts. The games include a golf simulator, mini golf, dart boards and more.
The venue will also offer up a full-service restaurant serving wings, pizza, salads and other Mediterranean and Italian-style dishes.
The owners are spending $10 million to recondition the building to get it ready for the new use.
The new entertainment venue is owned by former Hagerty Insurance manager Colton Cartwright, Improper City founder Justin Riley and former Improper City general manager Giovanni Leone. The location will hire around 60 employees.
