$150M Lincoln Collection MF Launches in Santa Monica

Century West Partners and Milender White broke ground on the $150-million Lincoln Collection in Santa Monica. The four-story, mixed-use multifamily project is planned to include 282 units offered in studio, one-and two-bedroom floorplans within two contiguous buildings and 25,000 square feet of street level retail.

Century West Partners’ Steven Fifield says, “Lincoln Collection will bring an Urban Village to the very tight Santa Monica rental market, offering renters some of the most remarkable amenities and modern luxury finishes.”

One building is located at 1613 Lincoln Blvd., while the other one is at 1601 Lincoln Blvd. Amenities encompass a large pool and sun deck, a screening room and a spacious lounge-entertainment space.

The site at Lincoln and Colorado Avenue is near beaches, the iconic Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, and a host of restaurants and nightlife options, as well as an Expo Line Light Rail station.
