150K-SF Manufacturing Facility Slated to Bring 150 Jobs to Devens, MA

UK-based Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group has broken ground on its newly leased 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Devens, MA.

The facility, located on a 24-acre site in Red Tail Heights on Bulge Road, will feature eight cleanrooms, warehousing and offices, plus space for two additional cleanrooms. It is expected to bring more than 150 jobs to the area.

“Devens, with its rapidly growing life science and GMP manufacturing cluster, combines convenient Route 2 proximity with immediate access to major life science employers and talent that will be accretive to Watson-Marlow’s core business,” said Borden.
