1,500-SF for Famed Restaurateur in the West Village

Renowned restaurateur Carlos Suarez is opening a new restaurant at 1 Perry Street in the West Village.

“In each of his restaurants, Carlos has brought in top chefs to prepare seasonal dishes with the finest ingredients from local suppliers,” said James Famularo, senior director and principal of Eastern Consolidated, which represented the tenant in arranging a 10-year 1,500-square-foot lease.

Suarez’s sister restaurants include:

– Rosemary’s, 18 Greenwich Ave., where Chef Wade Moises serves seasonal Italian dishes

– Claudette, at 24 Fifth Ave., a Provençal restaurant featuring a menu by Chef Ari Bokovza (pictured)

– Bobo, 181 West 10th St., which features classic French cuisine created by Chef Cedric Tovar
