150-Room Dolce Hotels & Resorts Planned for Hill Country

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Fiesta Winery’s Baxter Family are joining forces to develop, own and manage a 150-key Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham in Fredericksburg, TX.

Construction is anticipated to launch in early 2020, on 70 acres adjacent to the Fiesta Winery on U.S. 290. Upon its completion, the hotel will also have 9,000 square feet of event space and a wine tasting room.

Upon its completion, the Baxter Family will own the hotel, while Wyndham will manage the operations.
