150-Acre Cathedral Lakes Construction Underway

Construction is underway on Cathedral Lakes, a 150-acre, mixed-use development at Interstate 45 and Spring Creek, in The Woodlands, TX. Owned by Grace Woodlands Church, the development is expected to be completed by 2022, and will include single and multifamily housing, commercial development and a lake, with waterways. All of this will surround the church, which is at 24400 N. Freeway.

The church, itself, owns the majority of the developable land, and is selling it off to individual developers. Grace Woodlands was built on the site in 2007, with dirt work commencing on the surrounding acreage in 2012. The church has sold approximately 25% of the land to tenants, including Northside Lexus, Hotel Indigo and a medical resort.
