15-Year Office Veteran Joins Colliers Team in Walnut Creek

Colliers has added Travis Wilson (pictured) to its Walnut Creek office. As SVP, Wilson will focus on office leasing and sales to amplify Colliers’ brokerage service in the market. He will report to Scott Ellis, executive managing director of Colliers in Walnut Creek.

With more than 15 years’ experience, Wilson was most recently director of leasing at Sunset Development Company. He implemented strategic initiatives to drive business growth and service clients in the San Ramon market. He also spent over a decade at Newmark as managing director in the New York City and San Francisco markets. In this role, he represented landlords and tenants, advising on office transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet.

“We are thrilled to have Travis on board. His addition marks a point of significant momentum for our office services team and for Colliers as a whole,” said Ellis. “Travis offers a skillful perspective that will be invaluable as we identify and navigate new market opportunities.”
