15 Bridge Park Opens with Mix of Affordable and Market-Rate Apartments

City officials cut the ribbon Tuesday on 100 newly-constructed units of affordable housing at 15 Bridge Park in Brooklyn Heights. The new building, developed by RAL Development Services and Oliver’s Realty Group in partnership with Brooklyn Bridge Park, brings affordable units to the Brooklyn waterfront, along with 40 market-rate apartments.

RAL’s Spencer Levine said the new high-rise, on Pier 6 at Brooklyn Bridge Park, “sets an example of what affordable housing can be. The property offers everything that a fully market rate building does, in a practically unmatched location with easy access to all the amenities that make the Brooklyn waterfront great.”

15 Bridge Park Drive is one of the two buildings RAL has developed at Pier 6 in partnership with Oliver’s Realty Group. ODA Architects designed both 15 Bridge Park Drive and the neighboring Quay Tower condominiums.
