Four parcels of prime commercial land totaling roughly 15 acres in Hesperia, CA have been sold for $4.3M. Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Brad Umansky, Pablo Velasco and Chris Lindholm exclusively marketed the properties, and represented the undisclosed Inland Empire based private investor.
The transactions included:

The parcels are adjacent to the 15 Freeway and the new Ranchero Road off-ramp/overpass that opened in 2015. Starbucks, 76/Circle K and Chevron are already open or under construction at the location. Progressive is also currently marketing an additional 39 acres at the site.
– Ranchero Road and Tamarisk, a 9.6-acre parcel was acquired by Huntington Beach-based Primaco, Inc. for $1.275 million in an all-cash transaction. The location is one of the only remaining parcels zoned for commercial use with excellent frontage along Ranchero Road, which will be a major east-west transportation corridor.
