144-Unit Royal Vista Apartments Going North
A year after launching the second phase of Bella Vista Apartments in Brownsville, TX, Dallas-area developer RightQuest began another project, the 144-unit Royal Vista Apartments in Edinburg, TX. The multi-phased development is situated on approximately 10 acres fronting Sugar Road near Owassa Road, just west of Interstate 69/U.S. 281. RightQuest is developing the asset on behalf of JTMR LLC in Brownsville, TX.
The first units will be available for occupancy in summer 2018, and will include walk-in closets, appliances (including in-unit washers and driers) and granite countertops; rents will range from $721-$1,110. On-site amenities will include clubhouse with media center, a business and fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with poolside cabana and barbecue areas, a large dog park, detached garages and covered parking.
In addition to apartment units, the development will include two 1.1-acre pads fronting Sugar Road, that can hold commercial, retail or hotel buildings.
