144-Bed Mesa Vista Inn Healthcare Center Trades Hands

Kayne Anderson Real Estate sold the 144-bed Mesa Vista Inn Healthcare Center. The post-acute, skilled nursing facility near San Antonio’s Medical Center District went to O&M Investments LLC. David Fasano, Ryan Maconachy and Chad Lavender from HFF’s Dallas office represented the seller, and found the buyer.

The sales price was not disclosed, with Bexar County appraising the asset at $5.2 million.

Mesa Vista Inn Health Center, at 5756 N. Knoll Dr., delivered in 2008 and, is leased to Senior Care Centers. More than 4,300 licensed hospital beds are within a three-mile radius of the facility.

The asset ended up in Kayne Anderson’s portfolio, as part of its September 2017, $825 million buy of Sentio Healthcare Properties Inc. in Orlando, FL.
