13K-SF Signed at Garment District Office

Office tenants have signed leases for over 13,000 square feet of new space at 15 W. 37th St., a 143,000 square-foot office building in Manhattan’s Garment District.

“We are very pleased to welcome these distinguished tenants,” said Steven Levy of Kamber Management Company, which bought the property in 1963 and represented itself in the transaction.

The leases include:

– Manhattan Fencing, founded by U.S. Fencing Hall of Fame Maestro Yury Gelman, which now occupies 9,735 square feet on the entire second floor. Savills Studley represented the tenant in this lease.

– The Consulate of Costa Rica occupies a 3,450 partial floor. Norman Bobrow & Company represented the tenant in this lease.
