2525 Inner Loop LP, led by Sean Finn, acquired the 136,325-square-foot 2525 North Loop West in Houston. The seller of the Class B building was Lykes Building Holding Associates and Smetana Texas Realty Associates.

The sales price was undisclosed. Ruddy Hubbard, Kevin McConn and Rick Goings led the JLL team on the transaction.

The property, which delivered in 1973, complements Finn’s previous investments, including 2707 and 2727 North Look West, and the 24-acre Brookhollow Campus at 4400-4550 Dacoma St. 2525 North Loop west is near the interchange of Interstate 610 and U.S. 290.

The Class B building’s amenities include ample parking and conferencing facilities. Finn is planning a capital improvement program for the building, with the goal of attracting medical office tenants. He also plans to bring retail space to the property’s adjacent pad sites.
