135-Unit BTR Project Opens in Mesa

A 135-unit single-family rental community has opened in Mesa. The developer, Isola Communities, broke ground on the build-to-rent project in early 2022. The developer added a few features that should limit noise and decrease utility bills. Each home is built with HercuWall™, a wall system that is designed to:

• Enhance privacy and reduce in-home noise
• Reduce energy costs by 40%

Peralta Vista comprises one- and two-bedroom duplexes and detached townhomes between 568 and 1,082 square feet. Homes private garages and backyards. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, fitness center and spa, along with EV charging stations.

Located at 526 N Ellsworth Road, Peralta Vista is off Red Mountain Freeway. The community is close to the Red Mountain Plaza shopping center.

Development for this asset type has been mostly concentrated in the Sun Belt, mainly due to positive in-migration patterns and lower costs of living.
