$130M, 31-Story Luxury Tower Going Uptown

Alamo Manhattan will commence construction this fall on Uptown Dallas’s next residential tower. The $130 million Fairmount Tower near Turtle Creek should have rooms available in late 2025. The project will include 318 apartment units in a 31-story tower.

Along with luxury units the the project will include 3,600 square feet of ground floor retail, including a restaurant. It’s across the street from the new Marriott Dallas Uptown Hotel, also an Alamo Manhattan project. WDG Architecture designed the apartment tower.

Amenities include an expansive eighth floor outdoor patio with resort style pool and an adjacent amenity area, and a thirteenth-floor exterior dog park patio. A large resident lounge and covered patio is located on the top floor with unobstructed views of Uptown and Downtown Dallas. Unit features include wood plank flooring, oversized, operable windows, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
