130K-SF Retail Center in Flemington Sold for $6M
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the Shoppes at Flemington in New Jersey for $6.25 million. The center, located at 100 Reaville Ave., spans 130,613 square feet and features 26 national and local tenants, anchored by Homegoods and Ulta Beauty.
Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented the seller, Shoppes at Flemington, LLC, and facilitated the transaction with the buyer, 1003 South Hanover, LLC.
“Well-located, multi-tenant shopping centers in northern New Jersey are one of the most sought-after product types in the market,” said Cafiero. “The Shoppes at Flemington was no different, as we had over ten written offers on the property, which ultimately sold to a buyer completing a 1031 exchange.”
