12K-SF Sub-Lease in the Financial District

Law firm Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek signed a sublease for the entire 38th floor at 80 Pine St., a 40-story office tower in Manhattan’s Financial District.

“The partners at EE&P were seeking a larger office space to accommodate their rapid growth,” said Henry Fuentes of Avison Young, which represented the tenant in the transaction. JRT Realty Group represented AIG, the sub-landlord. “80 Pine Street offered everything EE&P was looking for, a well-located, professionally managed property and a space that was already built for their specific needs.”

The sublease fills 12,000 square feet at the one million-square-foot tower, built by Rudin Management Co. in 1960, and designed by Emery Roth & Sons architects.
