128 CRE’S Tyler Capecci Earns SIOR Designation

Tyler Capecci, SIOR, VP at 128 CRE in Newton, MA, recently became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as an Office Specialist. Capecci is now one of just 3,300 SIOR Designees worldwide.

Capecci specializes in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and portfolio strategy throughout Greater Boston, with a focus on the suburban markets along the Route 128/95 and Route 3 corridor. With more than $100 million in sale and lease transaction volume spanning over 10 million square feet, he has extensive experience across the office, industrial and specialty-use sectors.

Capecci advises ownership groups on leasing strategy, asset repositioning and overall portfolio performance, while also representing tenants in space acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals and broader corporate real estate initiatives. “SIOR has long represented the highest standards in our industry, and I’m proud to be part of a network focused on delivering best-in-class service and expertise for
