The Schlameus Trust sold 128.5 acres of land in New Braunfels, TX to Don Buttrom. Brett Lum with NAI Partners represented the seller in the transaction.  The buyer was represented by Wayne Windle with Anders Pierce Realty.

The land at 7965 Old Bastrop Rd. is located close to the Interstate 35 corridor, just north of New Braunfels’ town center, proper. The corridor, which links San Antonio and Austin, is experiencing a great deal of growth.

“This is another example of the strength of the market along the Interstate 35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio,” Lum said. He added that the new owner is already planning an industrial business park on the site.
