$120M Senior Living Community Completed in Playa Vista
Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.
The $120-million Fountainview at Gonda West, a luxury senior living community in Los Angeles’ Playa Vista neighborhood, is completed. The 460,000-square-foot community features a total of 199 apartment units and is located at 12490 Fielding Circle.
Designed by Gensler, the Jewish Home for the Aging’s Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serves more than 250 seniors with a full range of active living, healthcare and in-home services. Fountainview at Gonda West is sponsored by The Los Angeles Jewish Home. The project includes 175 individual living units, while 24 units are structured for those in need of assisted living and memory care.
C.W. Driver Companies’ oversaw construction, managing site logistics, scheduling and safety quality control of all subcontractors, and constructed the 257-space subterranean parking garage, as well as integrated sustainability components such as solar panels and a system that uses reclaimed water for landscaping.
