$120M Irvine Spectrum Marriott Opens

The $120-million Irvine Spectrum Marriott hotel, located in the heart of Orange County, is now complete. Irvine, CA-based R.D. Olson Construction finalized the 15-story building that is the first new full-service hotel built in the city in 10 years.

Located at 7905 Irvine Center Drive, the Irvine Spectrum Marriott is a 15-story, 210,000-square-foot hotel. It features 271 rooms equipped with the latest technology and a mix of lodging options, from premium and executive suites equipped with full kitchens, to guest rooms with king and double queen bed configurations.

“In partnership with Spectrum Gateway Hotels, LLC and WATG, our team is honored to bring Irvine its first full-service hotel in the last decade,” said R.D. Olson Construction’s Bill Wilhelm. “The property features thoughtful amenities, a mix of room layouts and Marriot’s new Millennial-focused design that caters to business and leisure guests, as well as group travelers visiting the surrounding area.”
