New Restaurant for Rutgers Plaza

Flame Kabob House has leased 1,500 square feet of space at Rutgers Plaza, a shopping center in Franklin Township, NJ.

“High-quality fast-casual dining options are welcome additions to any shopping center,” said Jordan Korris, leasing representative for Levin Management Corp., which arranged the lease. The 266,000-square-foot retail property is anchored by Stop & Shop and Kmart.

“Rutgers Plaza’s proximity to Rutgers University, a diverse and growing local population, and the presence of strong anchor tenants make it a great location for Flame Kabob House,” said Korris.
