1201 Broadway Lands New Restaurant Concept and First Full-Floor Lease

Williams Equities has made major strides in repositioning 1201 Broadway in NoMad, signing Corner Table Restaurants to anchor the property and Fownes Brothers to its first full-floor lease since the 1950s.

Corner Table has signed an 11,000-square-foot lease for the ground floor and lower level space, where a new restaurant will be introduced in 2020, led by Jeffrey Lefcourt, Michael Jacobs, Adam Burke, and Brian Ellis. Colliers’ David A. Green and Nicole Mendelson arranged the restaurant lease on behalf of ownership. Alexandra Turboff, of Branded Concept Development, represented the tenant.

Established in England in 1777, Fownes Brothers produces gloves for Lord & Taylor and other major retailers. It will occupy 13,670 square feet at 1201 Broadway, following build-out of the space.

Colliers’ Mac Roos and Michael Joseph represented Williams Equities. Savills’ Evan Margolin, John Mambrino and Scott Ansel advised Fownes Brothers.
