120 Broadway Takes Top Honors at BOMA NY Pinnacle Awards

Silverstein Properties’ 120 Broadway took top honors at this year’s Pinnacle Awards ceremony, held by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA New York). The Financial District landmark was also recognized as Historical Building of the Year.

Downtown properties took three of the four Operating Office Building of the Year honors: SL Green Realty Corp.’s Soho Building in the 100,000- to 249,000-square-foot category; 300 Vesey St. in the 500,000- to one-million-square-foot category; and 120 Broadway’s immediate neighbor, 140 Broadway, for properties of one million square feet or more. In the 250,000- to 499,000-square-foot category, the winner was 475 Fifth Ave. in Midtown.

BOMA New York honored the Hudson Yards mega-project on Manhattan’s Far West Side with this year’s Henry J. Muller Award for building vision. The Manager of the Year honoree was Daniela Perez of Empire State Realty Trust.
