12-Unit Apartment Building in Lyons Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 12-unit apartment property located in Lyons, Illinois.
Senior Managing Director Investments, Ryan D. Engle, Senior Vice President Investments, Andrean Angelov, and Senior Associate Sam Antreasian had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle, Angelov, and Antreasian. The 12-unit multifamily building is located at 7727 43rd Street with convenient access to Route 43, Route 34 and Route 171 and is three miles to the Hollywood Metra Station.

Local and national retail and dining outlets surround the area. Originally built in 1964, the building has been owned and operated for 30 years and has been updated over the course of ownership, including numerous recent capital improvements.
