Serra Real Estate Capital has just completed a $66.8 million parking garage at 700 Jackson Street in Dallas. The 12-story garage will provide parking, primarily for citizens visiting the Dallas County Courthouse. The project was designed to support an additional 15 stories, which might ultimately be built as a hotel, office, or residential building.

Located on the former WFAA Plaza site adjacent to the courthouse, the revitalization project broke ground in November 2021 and includes 1,228 spaces to be shared by Dallas County and Labora Group. These spaces are pre-wired for EV charging and have a solar panel-ready roof. Nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-level restaurant and retail space is available for lease.

CGA Capital arranged the financing and Corgan was in charge of design work.
