119-Key Marriott Residence Inn Planned for Waterside MXU

Trademark Property Co. announced that a 119-room Marriott Residence Inn will be built at Waterside, a 63-acre, mixed-use project in Fort Worth. The new hotel will be situated on three acres recently acquired by Raymond Management, along Arborlawn Drive at the development’s south end. Construction on the hotel is expected to begin in Q4 2019, with opening scheduled for 2021.

The hotel will be adjacent to Trinity Trails at Waterside, providing guests with a walkable trail system. In addition, the hotel is near Waterside’s shops, restaurants and community areas.

“Our vision for Waterside has always included a hotel component, and we’re proud to deliver on that with this caliber of hotel product and a high-quality owner-operator like Raymond Management,” said Trademark’s Terry Montesi.
