World’s Best Cookie Dough Comes to the Village
World’s Best Cookie Dough, a dessert shop offering delicious, safe, raw cookie dough, will be opening its first storefront in December in a 1,369-square-foot space at 164 Bleecker St. in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village.
“We found a terrific location for World’s Best Cookie Dough in Greenwich Village where over 50,000 students attend one of the neighborhood’s many colleges and universities,” said Harris Bulow, senior director for Eastern Consolidated, who with Corey Greenberg represented the dessert shop in the transaction. The KT Group at Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
World’s Best Cookie Dough will be offering premium cookie dough made with pasteurized eggs and heat-treated flour, as well as cheesecakes, pudding, milkshakes, and other desserts. “We’re expecting lines down the block,” said Greenberg.
