111-Acre Park Air 59 Unveiled by Archway Properties
Developer Archway Properties has revealed plans for its Park Air 59, a 111-acre, mixed-use development planned along U.S. 59 in Humble, TX. The first build-to-suit is underway, and it consists of a 65,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building for Vital Heart & Vein. The building, which is going north on 4.2 acres, will deliver by mid-2018.
“The Vital Heart & Vein transaction is critical because we believe it can establish Park Air 59’s medical presence,” said Austin Alvis with NewQuest Properties in Houston. Alvis is partnering with Preston Cunningham of Cunningham Ventures to market the development.
Archway incorporated retail, restaurant, Class A industrial and service-related uses into Park Air 59’s master plan. Fifty-four acres in this far northwest Houston submarket are available for ground leases and sales, with the balance dedicated to infrastructure.
