Construction has commenced on Belmont Logistics, a Class A industrial complex in Woodbridge, VA. Spearheaded by The IDI Group Companies, in collaboration with ACD Precast, LLC, and the Carosi family, the project secured over $110 million in investment.  

Consisting of three buildings spread across a 36.6-acre campus, Belmont Logistics aims to meet the growing demand for modern industrial space along the I-95 corridor. The project, scheduled for completion in 2026, will offer flexible warehouse facilities designed to accommodate various tenants’ needs.  

Financing is provided by Keystone National Group, with RW Murray as the general contractor and JLL overseeing leasing and property management.
