110 N. Wacker Opens; Chicago’s Tallest New Offices Since 1990
The Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment & Development on Wednesday announced the opening of the Bank of America Tower at 110 N. Wacker Dr. At 817 feet in height, it’s Chicago’s tallest all-commercial building since Two Prudential Plaza was completed 30 years ago.
The developers partnered with a CBRE leasing team, architecture firm Goettsch Partners and Clark Construction. “110 N. Wacker Dr. is one of the most sought-after development locations in Chicago for decades,” said John O’Donnell, CEO at Riverside.
He added, “It has been a privilege to work alongside the development team of The Howard Hughes Corporation, as well as once again partnering with Goettsch Partners to collectively deliver a high-rise that will leave its mark on the Chicago skyline for years to come.”
Along with Bank of America, the 1.5-million-square-foot tower’s tenant roster includes Heitman, investment bank Lincoln International and law firms Jones Day and Morgan Lewis.
