Accesso acquired 555 Mangum, a Class A office property located at 555 S. Mangum St. in Durham, North Carolina, for $72 million. The property was built in 2020 and purchased from Northwood Ravin. 555 Mangum is situated within Downtown Durham’s city center. 

555 Mangum, completed in 2020, spans 11 stories and measures 251,464 square feet.

The property offers a mix of uses, including a retail component with a full-service rooftop restaurant and bar. Accesso plans to enhance the retail offerings in the building, introducing additional amenities and services to its office users and surrounding residents. Amenities include a fitness center with locker rooms, a tenant conference center and rooftop lounge, and a large outdoor courtyard.

The Durham Bulls Athletic Stadium surrounds the property, which also features the Durham Performing Arts Center, more than 1,500 new multifamily units, numerous top-tier restaurants, and a variety of nightlife establishments.
