Veracity Equities has listed SoHo’s 11, an impressive portfolio of eleven mixed-use buildings in SoHo, NoLita, and Lower East Side neighborhoods, totaling 158,400 square feet for sale. The properties include 166 residential apartments and over 50,000 square feet of retail space, assembled over 40 years by the seller.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team, led by Bobby Carrozzo, Dan O’Brien, Loren Valla, Robert Burton, Michael Gembecki, Michael DeCheser, and Bryan Hurley, has been exclusively retained to market the sale.
“SoHo’s 11 is a collection of best-in-class, renovated and institutionally maintained properties that were thoughtfully assembled over the past 40 years,” said Carrozzo.
