10K-SF Renewal at Heights Plaza, in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Specialists Marketing Services renewed its lease for 10,800 square feet of space at Heights Plaza, an office building at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

“We continue to attract new tenants to Heights Plaza, and retain long-time existing tenants, in part because of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ proactive approach to property management, our continued capital investment in the building and its great location,” said Stephen C. Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing for building owner and manager Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The six-story tower includes 200,000 square feet of space. Matthew Seltzer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.
