10K-SF of Leases at Tower 45
A hedge fund and a law firm will fill a combined 10,000 square feet of office space at Tower 45, a 458,446-square-foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
“These new leases align with the building improvements underway,” said Steven Levy, managing principal of Kamber Management Company, which bought the tower at 120 W. 45th St. in September 2015, and began a multi-million-dollar renovation program.
The new leases include:
– Hedge fund StackLine Partners signed a three-year lease for 4,394 square feet on the 23rd floor. StackLine Partners was represented by Stephen Gordon at NKF in the transaction.
– Donohoe Talbert, a family law and commercial litigation firm, signed a 10-year lease for 4,725 square feet on the 19th floor. Donohoe Talbert was represented by Barry Spagna at Cresa in the transaction.
