108K-SF Pearland Parkway II Construction Commences

Stream Realty Partners has commenced construction on the 108,000-square-foot Center at Pearland Parkway II. The retail center will be off Farm-to-Market Road 518 and Pearland Parkway in Pearland, TX, a suburb of Houston.

The project’s neighbor, the 165,000-square-foot Center at Pearland Parkway I, wrapped up construction approximately three years ago, and is now 95% leased. The center is anchored by Ross and TJ Maxx, and also includes Petco, Palais Royal and Massage Envy.

Stream Realty plans to add more entertainment and green spaces to the development in the second phase of construction, including outdoor patio space and dining. Construction is slated to be completed late this year. Court Richardson and Andrew Bagnall of Stream are in charge of leasing.
