1,088-Unit Multifamily Property Sells
GoldOller Real Estate Investments nabbed the Seasons Apartment, a 1,088-unit multifamily property at 9220 Old Lantern Way in Laurel, MD. The transaction is the Philadelphia buyer’s first in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, and its largest single apartment investment to date. The seller and sales price were undisclosed.
The new owner plans to make “enhancements” to the 70-acre property, which include apartment interior renovations, as well as upgrades to the fitness center, clubhouse, amenities and landscaping. The Seasons has one, two and three-bedroom units, along with child playgrounds and dog parks. The complex is 95% occupied.
