105K-SF Sprouts-Anchored Center Sells to Cali Buyer

Grandview Shopping Center, which is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, sold to a California investor for $21.9 million. Seller Sterling Organization had acquired the 103,000-square-foot center at 8005-8135 Callaghan Rd. in 2012 for $11.1 million. According to public records, the buyer, operating under the name Grandview Holding LLC, acquired the retail center on San Antonio’s north side, with help from a $16.3 million loan.

Grandview Shopping Center, situated on 8.7 acres, came online in 1975. The Sprouts store occupies 30,000 square feet. Other tenants include Petco, Dollar General, Las Palapas Restaurant, Gabriel’s Wine & Spirits and additional local and regional tenants.
